We have implemented a 24-hour delivery guarantee policy for our products. This means that if you do not receive your purchased items within 24 hours, you are entitled to request a refund within the next three days. However, in order to be eligible for a return, you must have attempted the automated delivery system that appears after your purchase is complete.
Additionally, a link to your customized automated delivery experience will be sent to your email in case you are unable to access the system immediately after the purchase. If you meet these requirements and wish to initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@mm2plaza.com within three days of not receiving the item, and after attempting the automated delivery system at least twice.
If your return request is accepted, we will notify you via email and process your refund automatically. Please note that refunds may take up to 3-7 business days due to your payment processor.
However, it's important to note that items that have already been claimed are not eligible for refunds or exchanges since the delivery system is entirely automated.
